Neighbors,

Some of you have expressed some concern over the monument at the entrance to our community. Unfortunately... do to non
participation at the last HOA meeting the yearly dues
could not be raised to support landscaping needed for
the the monument. In fact there are many neighbors in
Fox Chase that have not paid their HOA dues. The
association is aggressively fining, beginning to place
liens and will follow quickly with foreclosure for
failure to pay HOA dues. In short... without the
funds the budget was axed and landscaping was first to
go. Perhaps you may have noticed that there were some
new flowers recently planted and grass is being cut.
This is being done by volunteers at their own expense
