Annual dues for 2006 (April 1, 2006 - March 31, 2007) are $25.00. A motion to increase dues to $35.00 for 2007 was entered at the annual meeting and passed by a nearly unanimous margin. Beginning in 2007, annual dues for our community will increase by $10.00 a year to $35.00.
