I understand it is planned to be 194 single-family detached homes on 56 ac on the west side of Olson Rd. and on the east side of Eastgate w/ access through Eastgate. This is what worries many of us. Oh, yes, there'll be two access points on Olson Rd, but it is the one access point through Eastgate that has us worried.
