THE WATER COMMITTEE and the Board have approved and executed the Memorandum of Understanding with ACWWA. The Board will now contract for further engineering to develop plan concepts to a pre-design level in order to obtain increased confidence in the system design and costs. THANK YOU TO ALL HOMEOWNERS who returned the water surveys. We had over 120 responses ?– overwhelming. We are in the process of reviewing the information and expect to inform you of the results in the next newsletter. Further, thanks to homeowner Dick McDowell, for his semi-annual well testing. The results indicate that the water levels are dropping at a lower rate than in the past, but are still dropping. The wells will be tested again in February, when the water demand is not so high.
