On February 28th,2000, the County Planning Commission unanimously approved
a new meeting to discuss the Open Space Conservation Area and concerns about it's development. Shea Homes, The Highlands Ranch Community Assn. and the Four Winds Indian Survival Project will meet again to discuss the impact of development along Daniels Park road and it's proximity to the Tall Bull memorial which is used by about 60 Tribes in the Denver Metro Area for ceremonial and spiritual purposes. The next public hearing will take place on April 5, 2000 at The Phillip Miller Building, 100 Third Street Castle Rock.
