FREE Tai Chi Lessons will be available starting Friday, September 14, 2012, 7:30 PM, at Cherrydale Bible Church (CBC), 1905 North Monroe Street, Arlington, VA 22207. The Cheng Man-Ching form (also known as the Yang Style Short Form - 37) will be taught. No prior experience is needed. For ages 12 and up.
