Who do i contact about a messy neibor?
A newer resident here on Seaford Ct is letting large amounts of trash blow all over the neighborhood. Currently my yard and the yard of my neighbors are filled with his trash.
I found some mail he though out, and have his name but not sure which house is his.
He lives on the even number side of seaford ct,
His name is Greg Bullock
How can i find his address or should I call the police or how is this handled?
