Who do you contact if you have nuisance neighbors who are on section 8? I have made phone calls to HOA-got nothing I called property manager-got nothing I called the landlord-got nothing I can't find a direct number to speak to someone at the housing authority. Have called there an left messages. In our court we have neighbors who are nothing but trouble, they have had the cops called on them by at least 8 of our other neighbors including us. They threaten and harass people in the court. They smoke weed in there car and out front. There is traffic goeing in and out of the house all the time. Please someone help its people like my neighbors who will run this community into the ground.

Try this...   I also have bad neighbor renters,  I'm a homeowner!  Call the County.  Explain your situation.  There are nuisance laws in my county and I'm actually in litigation with a lawsuit pending.  Ask for the code enforcement officer.  He will come out and evaluate the situation.  He has to.  Also have at least another neighbor call too.  Then the County will say they have had several complaints.   if that doesn't work for you, which I it did for me,  Call the distrct court and ask for the States Attorneys Office and explain to them .  The more you complain ...the better!  Remember the squeaky wheel gets the grease! Doon't let up!   Maybe go for a peace order on them If you confront them they may threaten you!  mAKING THEM LOOK EVEN WORSE.  i DID!  Hope all goes well.

 

Hi I am wanting to know how you found anything out in a way to deal with the person? I am dealing with people who live behind me, all the neighbors have call the police and we all are told freedom on speen however the ting he say are very bad.
