Trash has been accumulating for months in common area and wooded area behind townhouses on Wolsey Court HOA has been notified numerous via e-mail and also at a board meeting. People are just throwing trash all over the area as well as using other people??™s trash bins as theirs. Recycling bins are also left out for months with no one claiming these. This causes rodent infestation and health issues.
