  SOMEONE HAS BUILT A FIRE RING IN THE COMMON AREA OF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE FIRST ROW OF TOWNHOMES ON WOLSEY COURT IN CHESTERFIELD.

 

 THIS IS A HUGE FIRE HAZARD, PROCOM HAS BEEN NOTIFIED, LEARY OF CREATING PROBLEMS WITH WHOMEVER IS DOING THIS, IM ASKING FOR SUPPORT FROM NEIGHBORS TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE BEFORE SOMETHING DANGEROUS HAPPENS WITH THE INCOMING SPRING SEASON! 

 

  TRASH CANS ARE LEFT THERE UNATTENDED FOR THE TRASH DAY, THAT ALSO IS A PROBLEM. UNDERSTANDABLE THAT CHILDREN PLAY THERE BUT THE FIRE AND TRASH ISSUE IS NOT EXCEPTABLE.

 

JUST ASKING FOR COMMON SENSE AROUND THE WOUNDED AREAS AND WOODEN FENCING.  THANK YOU!!

I agree with your concerns. Trash cans arei left out by neighbors along the court and they put trash in these everyday. On windy days trash blows all over and no one cleans up. Haven??™t seen anyone around cleaning the area for months. Why do we keep getting HOA increases and HOA does not enforce their own rules. Kids are digging big holes in the common areas and can cause personal injuries to anyone walking in those areas.
