On March 15, 2005 I spoke with Alberto Angelini of LA Cty (213-897-0208) and he said the money for the soudn wall was approved by Cal Trans, but the county had withheld funds bec of their need to prioritize projects. Our sound wall was not considered a priority and would not be completed likely until either there were plenty of funds or we got it prioritized. I understand this is somewhat different than was discussed at the public meeting. I kept notes of this discussion if anyone is interested in a more detailed account. ELta Wilson 10310 Walavista
