With the warmer weather appearing, we have been seeing middle to high school aged boys jumping our backyard fences. I believe they do this so they dont have to walk around the neighborhood using the sidewalks and/or streets. They have broken 2 of our fence panels in the process of jumping our fences. We have spoken to them but have received rude comments or just plain silence in response. I dont know what home in the neighborhood (Centennial Place) they belong to and we cant get a name from them. They also broke a fence panel of our neighbor's to the south. Is anyone else seeing this problem? Should we go forward with contacting the police?

Yes contact the police. We have had the same thing go on in our back yard. |

We too, live in Centennial and have been finding 2 boys that are constantly playing in the middle of the road - we have seen them crossing over someones fence as well. They have not crossed ours yet, but I am completely behind the fact of contacting law enforcement. If the boys don't want to cooperate with an adult and be respectful of other peoples property then I believe law enforcement needs to be contacted. If they come onto our property and are found in our yard or climbing our fence - law enforcement will be contacted and will be advised of where they live. |
