I have lived in my home 9 years, our street was occupied with senior citizens

Almost 2 yrs a go our dear neighbor's died, a family w/2 children moved in.

They allow these kids to scream I mean blood curdling screams starting at 8 am, recently they got motorized scooters for Christmas they zoom up and down their drive way which is right up against my bedroom window SCREAMING! this makes my dogs bark un controllable, I have to lock my dogs up and not allow then in their yard!

I was here first, and I will be the one reported for my dogs. What makes it ok for their children to be allowed to do this all day? They have destroyed the enjoyment of my property!
