Every year, from now on, CCHOA will hold elections for at least 2 director's positions, for a term of 3 years each.
The Nominations process will begin shortly (typically, at the end of January or first part of February).
If you have a strong interest in your Circle C community, please consider running. As a board member, you will learn a lot more about what makes Circle C Ranch the wonderful place it is, you will get an opportunity to help us meet the many challenges we face today, and you will have much better understanding of what it takes to keep a Master Planned community growing like it is today.
I am not running for any elected office, however, I am very much interested in helping everyone who is interested in sharing the responsiblity for one of the most active HOAs in the country. We have a large and growing budget, a staff of 2 fulltime and 8 part-time employees, and we plans in place to add or expand our many amenities in the comming years.
I am volunteering to help in other ways, including work on new Hike & Bike trails. Even if you are not interested in running for an elected office, consider volunteering some time to work on one of a dozens different committees or on-going projects.
