Dear Neighbors:
Are you aware of that for all these years we have all been paying ?“professional management fees?” to Terri Giles of Giles & Shea, Inc., but we have NEVER received professional management services from this company?
Not only that. We have NEVER even received full bookkeeping services from Terri Giles. Why? It was because 70% of the bill payments (accounts payable) were handled by Developer?’s Alien, Inc. which cost all of us 10% more (10% profit to Gary Bradley).
Anyone who has Bookkeeping or Accounting knowledge or background should realize that the service description in Terri?’s annual contracts with the Association is only qualified as partial bookkeeping services. Even Terri Giles herself admitted that she had only provided us ?“Bookkeeping only?”. Please go to read our Income & Expense Statement of 2002 & 2003.
Yet Terri Giles charged us more than a full-time accountant (based on the Federal Wages Survey) for some partial bookkeeping services for all these years. And also, Terri charges service fees on the vacant lots. Does raw land need bookkeeping services?
Our new President, Quentin Fennessy, said, ?“?…?…?…..Terri does all this with a smile. She provides great value for your money!?”
A smile only? Terri provides us ?“hamburger?” but gets the pay of ?“T-Bone Steak?” price. I think Terri has more than a big smile on her face; she has probably been laughing behind our back!
