Regarding Escarpment Blvd. It occurred to me this morning as I walked by the cut through of Escarpment to 45 how once again we were lied to about it. I know I was told that this was on the MASTER plan. Escarpment was going to cut to 45, but how interesting is it that Steve Barlett, our self serving lying BOD has all his property off of Slaughter, near Escarpment being built out, and now all of a sudden Stratus wants to change the zoning from Apt.?’s. to commercial to accommodate an HEB! And on the so-called newsletter it clearly shows Escarpment cutting through to William Cannon. (Pity the homeowners whose house is on this MAJOR cut through, Escarpment and how folks bastardized Bill Gammon for trying to help stop this MAJOR intersection from happening). Is this another reason why our self serving BOD tried so hard to stop the Wal-Mart? Now don?’t misunderstand me, I DID not want ScumMart in my back yard either but since when does the Bradley Bunch & our friendly, loving, helpful BOD?’s care about the environmental concerns of this area? I remember years ago watching tree after tree being cut down to save money for the developers instead of building around them. And until lately, Susan Hoover dumping chemical fertilizer on the ground over the Edwards Aquifer to ?“green up our common areas?” Hindsight is 20/20. I was told about Circle C Ranch before I bought here, I choose not to listen. I hope that other new comers to Circle C Ranch start to listen and demand change else we will still be living under communist rule for years to come.
