Hello Neighbors,

The petition, for the special meeting, to ''expand the board'' was handed in to the CCHOA, this past Thursday.

Everyone did a great job getting signatures. We needed a total of 637,000 votes. We received over 725,000 votes! FYI: We asked for a January 14th, 2004 meeting.

To expand the board of directors from the current 3 to 7 or 9, we need a quorum at the upcoming special meeting. You will receive the notification from the CCHOA about the final date, time and place. Look for this notification by U.S. mail and make sure you or your spouse come to the meeting. Without a quorum, there will be no positive change to mend our HOA.

Thank you, have a great Thanksgiving!

THANKS & CONGRATULATIONS to Carrol and the CCHOA members who signed the petition.

Excellent work to exceed the required number of signatures!

Please continue to actively participate in moving CCHOA forward and improving services for you!

We will look forward to the CCHOA Board of Directors being appropriately responsive to your request!

January 14th !! Can't wait

I know how much hard work and hundreds of hours that volunteers around Circle C devoted to your petition drive.

Getting the By-Laws updated is the first step to taking control of our own destiny.

You were charming and articulate, when you presented the BOD with that stack of petitions and you letter asking for the Special Meeting. That was a high note that the meeting ended on and you are to be congradulated !

Good job!

If we can get the By-Laws updated in January, we have time to schedule and announce new nominations for Steve Barlett's position and 5-7 board postitions. It's time to start gathering names and I hope we can field a strong candidate from each of the separate neighborhood.

By March, we can be holding proper HOA meetings, getting the minutes posted promptly, and start up the official email list again.

(maybe we can even add some more handicaped parking spaces at the Pool )
