The CCHOA got ''egg on their face'' for not letting residents speak up at the last HEB on tract 103 meeting.

They have quietly scheduled a ''Do Again'' meeting. Sadly, many of your neighbors, will never know it'll be taking place.

January 20, 7pm
Mills Elementary School

After asking about the meeting details, Andi Rausch, sent me the following email:

......................

This is to advise you that the Ad Hoc Commitee along with Stratus Properties is hosting a community meeting on Tract 103, on January 20 at 7pm at Mills Elementary School.

The purpose of this meeting is to provide an update and receive community input on Tract 103.
...........................

Sounds like fun.

Why at Mills?

Kiker is busy that night? Why not close to home where it is convenient for everyone? Maybe the thought would be that it is closer for the folks in Circle C North?

Will HEB even show?

I emailed HEB, to ask if they will be there, and they have not reposded.

Ask Martin Otto to show up at the meeting yourself.

HEB affect more than Circle C

The Escarpment Village project actually joins a bunch of neighborhoods together, so it only makes sense to hold meetings with all of them and as often as is practical.

Mills was actually the site of the first public meeting. It's a perfect location. If CCHOA did a better job of working with other neighborhoods and HOA's, we'd be familiar with their issues and concerns.

For instance, the New Villages of Wester Oaks has been in direct contact with Stratus Properties and with H-E-B people for over 6 months.

What has CCHOA been doing ?
....can't tell you, it's a SECRET :-)

The CCHOA BOD is NOT a democratic board - it's a kingdom !
