CCHOA Board members,

The Judge ruled that the CCHOA could hold the election about 6 weeks ago. When will the election be held? Why has a date not been set?

The Bylaws committee submitted their work to you months ago. You set up the Bylaws committee. When will the residents of Circle C be able to see and vote on all the hard work our fellow residents (including Two resident lawyers) invested into this important task?

I've asked to be included in the directory of services before the last update. Why haven't I been included?

Sept. Question of the Month???

I received Sept.'s Newsletter 2-3 weeks ago. How come there was no ''September Question of the Month'' in the newsletter?

I believe we still have a long list of questions waiting to be answered by our dear BOD, such as.......

(1) Who has pocketed our rental income of Circle C Cafe & Catering?

(2) How soon we can receive a copy of the above rental lease?

(3) Have we been paying Gary Bradley's utility bills for all these years?

(4) How come we have office equipment lease expenses if CCHOA does not even have an office of its own?

(5) Why does our high-priced bookkeeper charge service fee on vacant lots?

The Fox in the Hen House.

The Fox in the Hen House.

5919 LaCrosse is owned by the CCHOA.

This property currently holds 2 businesses - Circle C Landscaping & Full Circle Management. Steve Bartlett, one of our 3 BOD, gave his company (Phoenix Holdings) a 10 year contract to lease the property from the CCHOA for $1,200 a year. The agreement states that the CCHOA members will pay taxes, phone, water & electricity.

CCHOA payments for 5919 La Crosse in 2002
Taxes - $1,263
Phone - $1,623.75 ($135.31 x 12)
Water Bill - $6,233.00 (includes pool)
Electricity - $22,263.00 (includes pool)

The total paid by the CCHOA members for taxes alone are more than what Steve Bartlett's company pays per year.

AND his company gets to keep the rental fees he charges Circle C Landscape and Full Circle Management.

Is this right?

Say What?

In the September Newsletter it says:
''The next board meeting of the Circle C HOA Board of Directors will be on Friday, September 19th at 8am at the Information Center.''

Then on the website it says:
''IMPORTANT NOTICE: As you may have noticed, there is development that is currently under construction surrounding the Information Center. Due to this construction, the Information Center has become non-operational. ''

Where is the meeting to be held?
