YIPPEE - A New Day has come in CCHOA!

Let's make the New Day a New Year!!

We have work to do: Get the remaining current CCHOA BOD and management out of office.

Listen up O'Reilly, Rigsbee, Abrams, Rausch, Hoover, Nordstrom and your gang!
Do us all a favor and step down from your positions, either elected, appointed, or contracted.

Your reign of lack of service, respect, attention to your responsibilities, and plain lack of openness, forthrightness, and doing your job at the service of the CCHOA members are at an end.

I want you out of power, office, and position.
STEP DOWN - IT'S THE RIGHT THING TO DO.

STEP DOWN!

Dignity

Pam -

Please tone it down a little. Winners should be humble. It looks better in the long run.

Respect

Pam Voss has a right to say what she wants. She's been treated poorly, she deserves respect. I demand respect for Pam Voss. Here is her story from November:

Swimming Pool Parking

Nov 21, 2003

Last summer I made a request, through the Pool Committee, of which I am a member, requesting handicap parking in the CCHOA spaces immediately in front of the pool entry. The request had been appropriately submitted by Toni Guckert to Denise Nordstrom as deemed representative of the CCHOA Management Company. The request was made based on my personal needs and other members of the CCHOA who may have a need for easy, accessible parking by the pool.

Denise's response back to Toni was to the effect there were sufficient handicapped spaces to meet regulations or laws, and additional space wouldn't be added near the pool entrance. The request was addressed again via the Pool Committee. There has been no action by the CCHOA management.

Yesterday when I went to the pool about 4:00 p.m. there weren't close parking spaces. All were used - presumably by healthy, active people. I went to visit Denise personally to tell her there needed to be a space for easy access to the pool; that I had trouble walking distances to get to the pool, or any long distance. Denise's comments: ''She didn't know I'd requested it''. I told her I knew Toni Guckert, via the Pool Committee, had requested this and Denise's response had been, in essence, ''the law didn't require it''. Was Denise lying she didn't know about ANY request; or was Denise implying she didn't know I had personnally requested it? I told Denise yesterday that ''I expect'' an appropriate handicapped space by the pool entrance. Denise's response to me: ''Expect all you want, but I'll give it to the Board.''

One of you may have a need for easy, accessible parking at the pool at some point in the future.

The reason I tell this story is not to create issues, but to point out, again, the complete lack of responsiveness to human needs and CCHOA members' needs by the CCHOA management representatives and the Board. Members' requests and appropriate management responses are ignored. Inability and/or unwillingness to perform appropriate duties for the betterment of this CCHOA organization and its members is evident in every action, and non-action, of the CCHOA management and Board.

These people should be removed from office and management if they are unable and/or unwilling to perform the job! I regret having been unable to attend the members' called CCHOA Town Hall meeting this past Wednesday evening; I would have been quite vocal about the lack of responsiveness, lack of appropriate and ethical actions by the CCHOA management and BOD.

Pathetic

Get off your high horse, anonymous imacsal Costello. If you and your posse continue this defensive attitude for anyone who posts on this tinhorn website, you risk becoming the demagogues that you just ousted. I respect Pam's point of view. I just said that a little humility in winning goes a long way. Jeez.
