Emails from residents

The following are emails from residents.
-----------------------------

I think you give people to little credit.?  There are many people, including professionals who are just not interested in publicity or venting publicly.?  I think you would be surprised at the response.?  I really don't know anyone, for instance, who is on the Circle C PAC.

Here is Circle C ''West''?  many of us meet every Friday night.?  People from Albetra Cove, Tracton Lane LaFitte and Aden.? ? We always discuss the? status of things in Circle C.?  My wife has no doubt and has told everyone, that it is not Steve Bartlett or anyone else on the board making decisions, it is Gary Bradley.

-----------------
I have read a lot of rhetoric from both sides of the CCHOA dispute. Our
squabble is well documented in all of the local media. From all of this
factual and speculative information a few things seem to be clear.

1. There is evidence that conflicts of interest?  exist between the CCHOA and
some of the current BOD.
2. A growing number of homeowners would like to see some type of change to
the current structure of the CCHOA BOD.
3. Having the same BOD for over 10 years which still includes a non-resident
developer seems out of the ordinary.

Why can't we (the community and the CCHOA BOD) agree on a solution that will
be acceptable to all? I have signed a petition to increase the BOD members
but have heard nothing. I respectfully request the current BOD to initiate
some change in leadership which will allow our community to regain trust in
the Board and focus our energies on improving the quality of our
neighborhood. The email I recently read from a certain board member seems to
challenge the homeowners rights to full disclosure and democratic process.
Come on guys, do the right thing and take some initiative to bridge this
chasm, not make it larger. This is an easy fix, just increase the BOD or
someone step down. Otherwise, this ordeal will very likely be settled in the
courts at our (the homeowners') expense.

Thank you.
