Taking Care

Are you still taking care of supplying
''evidence'' that the good lady judge
repeatedly asked of you and Gammon during your court appearance at the end of 2003? She and I are both still
waiting.

My Evidence - Dwayne Dow

My evidence was submitted 1 day before the last election.

It was a videotape of Dwayne Dow selectively taking down ''Quentin Fennessy'' and ''Vote 9 signs'' on a Saturday, during broad daylight. Your neighbors saw what our HOA was about in a 1.5 minute nutshell.

My courtroom is the court of public opinion.

55% said No to Bartlett. He is gone. He was beaten by a ''write-in''.
Rigsbee realized he was unelectable. March 24th, he is gone.
O'Reilly will be answering my questions below (about the Stratus/OReilly land deal) or he will soon be gone.

1. How much did you pay for the acre of land on Mopac?
2. When did you purchase it, and from who?
3. How much did Stratus pay you for this land in October 2003?
4. Will you provide the members with all documentation to support your answers?

In the weeks to come Ethical behavior will be entering Circle C for the 1st time ever.

Aren't I a gentleman for answering people that are afraid to post with a real name?

What do you want to see?

Dear Texsman:

To what in particular are you referring? Let me know exactly what evidence you think you would like to see. And if you want some repsect, start posting using your own name.

No value at all

Would it surprise you even more to learn that our new Board has just voted to spend over a thousand dollars to install a new lock on our offices so that Denise and Susan do not have to deal with the homeowners that come over during normal hours? The entire building will be locked, including the area that houses our records, which are supposed to be open for inspection at all normal business hours.

Way to go, ''Rigs-It'' and ''Oh-Really?''
A giant step backwards after the neighborhood made its wishes for open government known in the last election. Good that you two are finally on the way OUT.

Quentin, did you make sure to have Denise record your dissenting vote to this waste of our money? You did vote against it, didn't you?
