While you are looking at non profit groups you need to look at the differences for private and public non profit groups.

I understand if a non profit is private they can do what they want.
Our Circle C HOA is private!
check this out and post on this web site.

Last I don't care about gary bradly his character as a person is deplorable.
Why would the DA care about Gary bradly.
Call the IRS They might want to hear your reports of funny money from him....
He has been run out of every place he has started.
It is a matter of time before he is a bad memory for Circle C ranch.

If you want action for the CDC make complaints with child services.
They have to investigate all complaints.
If there is a violation of care taker to child ratio they could loose license.

To be honest, I really don?’t know much about the difference between private non-profit business and public non-profit business, and I am not going to pretend that I am an expert. However, I have learned more and more during my year long investigation regarding to our old Board?’s wrongdoings because I have done a lot of research and reading. Knowledge is power; that is the fact.

Embezzlement is a crime whether it happens in a private company or a public company. What our old Board did was embezzlement in many creative ways.

Gary Bradley has treated CDC?’s endowment fund as his own piggy bank. He also claimed CDC as a non-profit business to avoid paying taxes. So, Gary Bradley has committed two different crimes ?– embezzlement and tax evasion; and therefore, Gary Bradley should be investigated by both the District Attorney and our beloved Uncle Sam.

I disagree with you that a private non-profit business can do whatever and however it wants. If that is the case, all businesses would claim as non-profit and pay no taxes. It is a lot easier to make a business looks non-profit than for profit. And also, I don?’t think there is a law would allow the public to walk into a FOR PROFIT business and demand inspection of its tax returns.

There were several people on this Web site asking me whether I have a job or not. Here is my answer to all of you:

I do not have a job; I have a career ?– a career of CROOKS BUSTING

Have I ever done any volunteer work? Yes, of course, I have volunteered my precious time in helping DA to catch thieves and in helping our beloved Uncle Sam to catch tax cheaters. And I enjoy every single minute of doing it.

Hi, Wally: Are you reading this?

Ignorant = Naive

I wanted to let you know that both CCHOA and CDC have their BYLAWS which mean that the Boards are supposed to run the organizations according to their own Bylaws. In other words, the Directors of the Boards cannot do whatever they want and however they like. PERIOD.

You said that you are a member of CDC since 1996. Have you ever read the CDC Bylaws? Or are you even aware there is something called Bylaws?

I am sorry to be frank: Ignorant = Na?¯ve
