I called the Secretary of State and found out the register agent of Circle C Development Center was Dianna Patterson? Who is she? What is the relationship between Gary Bradley and Dianna Patterson?

I heard several homeowners said this CDC is one of the most expensive child care centers in South Austin. Could you give me some proof? I need some tuition prices of comparable programs in order to know how expensive this CDC is.

I need more information about this CDC before I can turn over this matter to our beloved Uncle Sam.

Profitable vs. Nonprofitable

Let us do some math:

According to the Travis County Appraisal District?’s record, the Total Value of CDC was $64,031 in 2003.

The inception date of CDC was 9/16/1992. I believe that the Developer made the Builders to ?“donate?” $1,000 per home way before 1992. Let us assume it started in 1990. How many houses were built between 1990 through 2001? My conservative estimation was about 1,800. 1,800 houses X $1,000 = $1,800,000

Anyone who knows how to manipulate the expenses can turn a profitable business into a nonprofitable one in the books and on the tax returns.

So, let Uncle Sam to find out how ?“nonprofitable?” this CDC really is!

They'll tell you.

Just look under ''child care'' in the yellow pages and call a bunch of them to ask. I called them for our baby some months ago, and that's how I found out that the nonprofit CDC was NOT 40% cheaper. I did not keep the different prices. We ended up keeping Mom at home to watch the Baby.

When you call the CDC, ask them who D. Patterson is. They'll tell you, they are NOT a private business. They are a nonprofit, which means they have to open the books to everyone to get the tax breaks.

Good luck, Gary Bradley!

In order to be certain that this ?“nonprofit?” business will be investigated, I am planning to turn over this matter to three government agencies:

(1) county government ?– Travis County District Attorney?’s Office
(2) state government ?– Texas Comptroller Office
(3) federal government ?– Internal Revenue Service

Good luck, Gary Bradley! I wish you wealthy forever!
