thank you Ed. Not your problem,but appreciate your suggesting. Ive notified the city. had to, flies,nats are terrible + smell. worried rats soon. And soooo much "personal" issues @ the address  it's scary living next door. Which again, want to remind everyone, LEAVE GARAGE DOORS DOWN to at least ONLY 3 ".

this is why i getsoo aggrevated with 311.gov. notified 8/5/11  hasnt made it here yet to "see" the 4 weeks trashnx door. NOW it's being placed or "hid" in their pick up...come nx mon. it will be back beside home...plus this weeks!! not assoc.'s problems, but makes me more angry when city wants me to participate in their ideas(trees), but takes their time with my complaints.

    Trash is gone thanks for not giving up keep it up or give me a call keep the prssure on these people and the city to do there job.  Just remember when you call 311 center it takes 10 working days before they have to respond and remeber dont be afraid to take pictures and write down date and time of such events trust me it helps. Thanks again.

Thanks, but even Mr. Mertz called in while out front weds(while checking sewage) concerning trash. mean while neigh.(with trash) did call & said he'll clean it up, &says he'll put trash on other side from now on (hasnt) but doesnt matter, if not kept emptied rats can start any side.but, we'll see. As for drain... a paper was placed on door after 2nd visit from city Thurs.Don't know if was a citation or not. Why can't people rid of stuff properly!! I have no pets, but why run chance of killing other's pets??!!
