City of Fincastle

I live on Amelia Ct.  During the summer, we've been having rowdy teens hanging out from about eleven at night onward.  There are a lot of them and they don't live on this street.  They are loud, obnoxious, and drive their cars fast down the street.  We have a lot of little kids on the street who could get hit.  These teens are hanging out at a house that currently doesn't have an occupant.  It needs to stop.  The people who actually live here are being disturbed and harrassed by their behavior.

Please inform the LMPD if you see unsafe behavior.  We are currently working on a neighborhood program to help find this age group some group activities.  Volunteers are greatly appreciated.  Also, if you could please report the address as well it would be helpful.
