I would like to hear some feedback on the new entrance and common area rehabilitation.

The lights look great to me and really make the entrance safer and more inviting.

Repairs are still in progress so if you notice something new that you like, let us know!

I like the new benches and the new lights are subtlly different but nice. Since the benches were installed to concrete pads, will the seats around the light poles also be set on concrete pads? It more level them out and make them more stable. Or do we even need them anymore?

Thanks for the kind words about the new entrance!  The lights and entrance are coming along nicely and will be complete soon!  Keep an eye out for those subtle changes. 

As for the seating, (old benches), around the light poles, we have had much discussion on this at the City Meetings and have decided that the replacements will be the safe alternative and we will be disposing of the old benches after our Octoberfest event.
