Meeting called to order at 7:45 p.m.
Old Business:

October 2004 meeting minutes were read and approved.

Treasurer's reports for October, November, and December 2004 were given and filed for audit.

New Business:

Motion was made for one of the commisioners to talk to New Life Church about removing the soft drink machine from the front porch of the single family dwelling, which they apparently acquired located on Goose Creek Road across the street from The City of Manor Creek. Motion seconded. Vote was unanimous.

Discussion concerning another neighborhoods trash collection company cutting through our city was brought up. A letter was sent stating that they could not use our roads. Be aware if this company continues to use our roads.

The first reading of Ordinance No. 1, Series 2005, Taxes, was given.

Motion that the sunken concrete at the entrance to the city on Eton Road be repaired at a sum not to exceed $300. Motion seconded. Vote was unanimous.

Discussion was brought up about possibly setting up a web site and the use of e-mail for the City of Manor Creek to better communicate with the home owners. A free class from the City of Louisville was mentioned and a City Commissioner volunteered to attend. The results will be discussed at the next city meeting.

Discussion was brought up about the increase expense the city was incurring to repair mailboxes. Various ideas were presented. Discussion to continue next meeting.

Meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
