Is there any new information from the county or that you have about the proposed alignment?

The Transportation Improvement Program,(TIPIT) 6 year plan is having a
work shop 0n March 17th, 6:00pm @ 2921 Falk Rd. This is where the road
projects are brought up for discussion and this is where they get their
rankings for order of importance. This would be a good place to voice
the concerns over NW 117th/119th being run through and past our
properties, increasing speeds, and increasing vehicle traffic. This is
also the oppurtunity to get the other improvements of existing streets
in our area brought up to current standards, thus taking away the need
for this new Minor Arterial with it's 80 foot wide right of way. If we
do not get our input in at these meetings, we will have no excuses but
to accept whatever the group on the TIPIT committee does...(Even though
there is no one from our area of the county on this committee.)

Comment:
Sounds like we should appoint someone(s) to represent our concerns at these meetings. I'll post this on the web site and see if there are any takers, I don't think we should have a mass turn out, but a solid representation
