What is up with the Revitalization Project by the Claymont Renaissance people? Whatever happened to that? They weeded out all the drug dealers from Brookview and that place has been sitting there for how long now waiting?

The project @ the Brookview site is still underway. This is a very large scale project and will take some time to complete. The owners of the property are in the process of removing asbestos and other materials from the site. When this is complete then the demolition will begin. We should see the buildings start to come down in the very near future. |
