Have just moved into home on Walhalla Rd, above Ravine, and have recently learned thgat alleyways are NOT salted by City. This is the only qway all of us on alleyway can get to and from our homes ... many of us also take COTA to our work .. and it is extremely dangerous to try to make our way through the alleyway.
Does this not bother anyone whose only exit and entrance to their home is thru an alleyway? So, basically I pay taxes, and those taxes salt and plow streets, but not mine, which happens to be an alley way. Don't care if they don't plow, but would appreciate salting! Are we the only newcomers who care about this, what about thoise of you who have been here for awhile?
