NEW DEVELOPMENT

Posted in: Cloverleaf
Also, as you have seen with other e-mail sent to you, I have spoken to Mrs. Janet Jernigan of ''Just Solutions Mediation''. Mrs. Susan Hughes contacted her and she in turn called me. I spoke with her for approximately 45 minutes, outlining our concerns. She will do whatever we feel is necessary to help us. That might indeed be another meeting with Edgemore-Ed Davis. Or it might be to skip him and concentrate on these meetings with Planning & Design. She suggested letter writing also. Mr. Davis does not have to meet us and probably will not, in Mrs. Jernigan's opinion, if he feels we just want to complain in an unorganized fashion. She has not spoke with him. This is her opinion based on numerous past cases with various builders & contractors. However, she is here to work with us. Do we feel another meeting with him will change anything? Or do we take this fight to Planning & Design and fight for all the technical improvements needed for a plan like this? With that argument, do we fight the notion we do not need development here at all? That issue would be heard by all those involved and it could very well be decided that anything built here would not work!!!
Whatever is needed, feel free to do. Keep us all updated. Call or e-mail Mrs. Jernigan yourself. She will direct us in the best way suited to resolve this matter.
Thank you all for all your help and please pass this information on to any & everyone. Keep on working on those signatures!!!
