We all know we need to fix the clubhouse and we haven't got the money to do it. Does anyone have special skills or supplies to volunteer?  We need carpet replaced and some tiles repaired, plumbing work, HVAC work, and wallpaper/painting updates.  The road leading into the clubhouse also needs repairs.  Are there other things that need fixing or ideas for improvements  Any volunteers to help with labor or donations?
