Clydesdale Park LLC was founded in fall of 2001 by Declarants and Owners, J.D. Padilla and Jay S. Stoner.
The subdivision is marketed as "Colorado Style" with each home required to have earth-tone colors combined with exterior stone and natural/stained wood accent features.
Adding to the beauty and enjoyment of homeowners are four ponds with lights and fountains, large greenbelt areas, a playground and a paved 2 mile walking path throughout the neighborhood.
Residents enjoy the proximity to I-25 (approx. 1/4 mile west) which cuts travel time whether going north or south from Fort Collins. Driving west on Hiway 14, our north border, you can be in Old Town Fort Collins in about 15 minutes.
Our neighborhood has a great mix of young and mature families. Children can meet at the playground, ride bicycles on the streets or on the path and fish in the ponds. There is a gazebo adjacent to the playground with a grill, table and benches for hosting get-togethers. Neighbors have organized activities including a yearly garage sale, Christmas caroling and block parties which enable us to get to know each other.
