We are a community with pet regulations which have been standard since inception of our Board of Directors. For some reason we have taken a serious turn away from these regulations:
1. There is a weight restriction of 25 pounds + or - 5 pounds to be fair.
2. We are required to PICK UP after our pet (this is not just our rule it is the City and County law as well).
3. The leash law is always in effect, the owner must have verbal or sign control of there pet at all times.
These are basic fundamental requirements for pet ownership, if you cannot adhere to these you are not being a responsible pet owner.
