I always feel a little vulnerable when trying to locate someone to do indoor repairs, such as plumbing, door replacements, new screens, etc. (basically, handyman stuff). If the association or Management Specialists has information about such service providers (people or companies they can recommend) it would be very helpful in allaying my fears of being ripped off. Any chance we might see a list in a newsletter we could keep on file for reference? Just thought I'd ask. Thanks.

I just talked to Len Kaiser (at Management Specialists) and he suggested we ask the members of our community if they provide any services like you describe. If they do, would they like to be listed in our newsletter (both printed and on-line) and any response will be printed.
