How long do we look at the junk in front of the house at Hopewell & Helene before we call Code Enforcement?

Is there something wrong with the people that live in that house??  There always seems to be junk piled up but I never have seen anyone actually working there. I am just glad I dont have to live next to that house, I would have to say something to them.

 

At least they look after their lawn.

 

There are some houses on Helene towards Colonial that are much worse.

 

But yes, I agree it is unsightly.

 

 

 

It looks like they are done and have finally put all that stuff on the curb for pick-up....
