College Point

It appears as though the community service is not doing ANY type of adequate job as to the noise within the community.  I contiunally have to listen barking dogs, people across the street running their trucks continually where is sounds like a auto repair place, and additionally neighbors that continue to party with loud music, people parking in front of my residence while they are visiting their neighbors.  If this continues I will refuse to pay the community service as it appears as though you are not doing your job as per the communication from others within the area .  Additionally, there are many that are not respectful of the driving limitations that are posted within the area that indicate 15 MPH within the residence.  Exceeding this speed limit will not only allow for possible collisions but in addition, possible harm to the children whom reside in the area.  If these measures are not taken care of then I will take this to a higher resource considering you are doing NOTHING to ensure that this community is up to standards.
