Collins View Neighborhood Association is reaching out to give YOU the opportunity to become more involved in community events. Our neighborhood is rapidly changing! Play a part in shaping that change.
What are your ideas for a healthy livable neighborhood? What activity or committee might enhance the neighborhood? Please join us first Wednesdays at 7 PM. This year we meet at St. Mark?’s Presbyterian Church, 9750 SW Terwilliger. This is an opportunity for you to meet your neighbors and find out how you can play a role in the future of your neighborhood.


The Neighborhood Association exists to enhance the livability of our area and to maintain an open process for neighbors to involve themselves in the events and issues of Collins View. Collins View Neighborhood Association is a recognized neighborhood of the City of Portland. As such it has special status to present issues in city proceedings.
