A resident on Lee Drive reported the following incident.
On the evening of 04/07, at approximately 8:15 PM, two teenage boys were playing 'Ding and Dash'. This incident was a bit more disturbing than your typical Ring & Run. The homeowner wanted to share this event with the community in order to give a heads up that there has been a history of "dinging and dashing" in the neighborhood but that last night it escalated to a new level. A red-headed teenager was seen running off but the homeowner noticed that a tall, thin teenager with blond hair was still standing in the homeowner's front yard and waving. His continued waving drove the homeowner to open the front door. The teenager then proceeded to throw a heavy, green and black, 8" diameter ball directly at the homeowner's head. He then ran off.
The homeowner contacted CGIA and we've posted this notice to inform residents to be aware that some kids have been playing these tricks. Please check before you open your doors.
