does the home owners group sponsor any picnics or activities for the Stetson community? semms like young kids have no activities at the parks or school playground. what events does the home owners group sponsor and when are they held? what are the fees?

We are not planning anything for this year. We are planning on doing a picnic next summer for the neighborhood. Unfortunately we did not have enough participation or member dues pid to be able to do anything this summer.
