Community Newsletter

I think we should begin a community newsletter which I shall tentatively call ''The Parliamentarian'' in order to pass along information about things of interest to residents. Already, I can see a need to talk about setting up cable TV and satellite services, how to report common area damages or problems, who to contact about snow and trash removal or landscaping issues, Board of Director meeting issues, property manager items, and so on. I will publish the first newsletter and hand-deliver it for January 2003, and hope to find someone who has the energy and time to carry it forward from there.
