Does anyone out there know why the pathway around the lake, behind the park, has been grated?
Heavy equipment has dug up the area just east of, and behind the Jamestown condos, then past the dam to the circle drive where the new house (just past the dam) is being constructed.
Is the ditch company going to develop that area and add more homes?
