Don't forget all the other drainage problems. Just how long have those milk crates lined the main drive? How about the dead trees that are left around forever, then finally chopped down to a remaining stump, or just pulled out and never replaced. It is especially nice to see drip system tubes sticking out, and around the children's playground and pond is the worst. Take a look at the grounds in the surrounding communities. You don't see half a tree, a stump, grass or mud on the walks anywhere but Greenfield. It is absurd.

I agree with everything you have stated-it seems as though nothing is being maintained. The hardest part is finding out who is responsible for what and confronting that person. I know we all had great hopes for Greenfield- I remember the drawings of what the neighborhood would (should) look like. The landscaping was installed, some correctly, some not, but was never maintained. The flooded sidewalks, the weeds all over, the dead trees and stumps- who is watching over all of this? What are our dues being used for?
