Also, does anyone know what the going rate is these days? I'm sure it varies a lot depending on the services provided, but we're mostly looking for basic cleaning/dusting/vacuuming, etc.

Sharon is my cleaning lady - she does a great job and is pretty reasonable. You need to call her and she will come to your house to give you an estimate. Her ph # is 303-424-5581. You can say I gave you her number. FYI - If you have a pet she does charge extra.
