I had a neighbor write to say that he was not interested in another playground for kids, that he wants an off leash area for his two dogs.
I must tell you that I can relate. One summer Sunday I had my two Bischon Frise puppies all 6 and 8 pounds of them off leash and was fined $100. When I did not pay the fine right away I had a warrant put out for my arrest...the only time I had a brush with the law!
