Anyone here that lives by the pool?
I live in the newest section of clarke farms, just moved in, but I like the homes and convenience of the area by the pool. How old is that section (the homes there?) ? do any of those homes have a westward mountains view?
That new neighborhood, Bradbury Ranch,
seems to block the view.

I recently moved in as well and am pretty close to the pool. I'm not sure about homes having a westward mountain view. So far we like the neighborhood but don't know much about the HOA. Have you spoken with them since you moved in? Do you know anything about the homes going in where the farmer lives?
