Dear Neighbors,
In the past month there have been 68 sprinkler heads damaged by vandals on Charlotte. I am appalled at knowing that destruction of other people's property is ramped in our community. Who would do this? Why did this happen?This damage cost us Stetson Hills tax payers $1015.43. That money could have been used to beautify Stetson Hills with trees, shrubbery, flowers, maintaining fences and other beautification projects. We need to keep Stetson Hills free from vandals. A vandalism free, beautiful, well maintained neighborhood is what we all want. We want our property values to increase so our returns on our investments are high. Nobody wants to move in to a neighborhood with low property values. Parents, please teach children to respect their own neighborhood and other people's property. If anyone ever witnesses any vandalism or has information on who damaged our sprinkler heads please call the C.S.P.D. at 444-7252. Thank you.
