Construction Time Response

We were extremely pleased with Village Home and their timeline. They told us an estimated date several months out and it turned out to be in our advantage when they finished it, due to leasing. Village did a great job!

Thus far, we are pleased with the progress of our house and are looking forward to moving in as soon as possible. Village Homes has answered all of our questions and concerns. However, anxiety is taking over, so we are hopeful everything continues to run smoothly without delay.

I signed a contract to purchase my home on 2/8/99. At that time it was a spec house in the framing stage. I was told it would be ready by June 1999. They actually had it ready early. I closed on May 26, 1999.

Boy, things sure have changed in a year!
The Denver real estate market, still one of the ''hottest'' in the country has none the less, slowed to some degree. Thank goodness! Village Homes is now rarely unable to deliver a home later than 6 months after construction begins, and often sooner than that!

Thank you to all of our wonderful homeowners for their patience! I hope you all love your homes!
