Who decided to change the color or the blue townhouses? That light blue is so unsightly and I don't want mine that color, I bought this place with this color blue and I want to keep it that way. You drive buy and that light blue is soooooooo tacky and ugly and cheap looking please stop it.

Ugly Paint Banned

Because the current blue color fades in the sun, the maintenance committee decided to try another shade of blue. The ugly light blue looked OK in small sample patches but looked really bad on a whole house. So the Board decided to abandon the blue altogether -- all blue buildings will be painted the current grey color in the current painting cycle.

I second the opinion that the new blue is disgraceful! The color alone probably takes about $10,000 off the value of a unit!
I agree - Please stop it!
